Handbook 2025-2026

INTRODUCTION

Welcome to Asia-Pacific Nazarene Theological Seminary. We have put this handbook together as an easy reference for new and returning students. It contains a brief summary of information available in other handbooks, which are linked for easy access.

  1. Technology
  2. Every active student will receive an APNTS email address, which usually is your firstname.lastname@apnts.edu.ph. We use Microsoft 365. You can access your email at https://mail.apnts.edu.ph. All official email will be sent to this address.
  3. GNECSIS: https://records.apnts.edu.ph is our records system and will have your course enrollment and grades.
  4. Moodle https://learn.apnts.edu.ph is the course management website that will have course materials posted by your professors and where you can upload assignments.
  5. Both systems use the same login and password. To change password:
  6. Go to https://records.apnts.edu.ph and choose the option “problems logging in”
  7. Input your given name and family name.
  8. Put in your user name (usually this is given name.family name)
  9. Then you can choose which email for the change password link to be sent to. Check this email for the notice and click the link.
  10. Once at this page, choose a new password.
  11. Zoom: We use this in every class. Professors will provide the link and password for each class in the syllabus and/or Moodle course page. Recordings of classes are made available on a private Youtube channel after the first class meeting. Request the link from the professor.
