BOOKKEEPER
- QUALIFICATIONS
– Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
– Minimum of three (3) years of work experience in accounting and bookkeeping, with exposure to all phases of accounting, including audit preparation and compliance.
– Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel.
– Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, bookkeeping procedures, and government statutory requirements.
– Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
– Possesses good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with different departments.
– Demonstrates mental and emotional stability, especially when working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
– Commitment to and alignment with the seminary’s mission, vision, and core values. - REPORTING STRUCTURE
