John Anthony Cruz says, “When I entered ALS, I learned that I should have a lot of patience in all that I do. Actually, It made me more responsible and I gained some friends. On the other hand, I also attended Step-up. After that, we were encouraged to teach out-of-school youth and trainers. I took it as a part of ministry because I always want to help other people. For me, ALS is the program that enhanced my knowledge and capabilities in interpersonal relationship and academic studies in oral and written activities, creativity and resourcefulness. I pray ALS would continue encouraging a lot of out-of- school youth to go back to school and start to dream again.”
