The Asia-Pacific Nazarene Theological Seminary (APNTS), through the Donald Owens School of World Mission, is pleased to announce the 2026 Summer Intensive Intercultural Studies Course: Folk Religions.
This course offers an in-depth study of folk religions practiced across the Asia and Pacific regions, helping the Church understand how to engage and evangelize faithfully in contexts where folk religious practices are present. Students will learn to use a biblical framework of cultural analysis and critical contextualization for understanding folk religious beliefs and practices worldwide. The course is designed to equip church leaders for informed and effective ministry in such settings.
