The Registrar’s Office of APNTS released a new registration procedure which involves less steps than the previous years. You can now register for summer and the 1st semester of AY 2019-2020 in just three easy steps.
The first step is to go to your Program Director for Course Advising. The following are the Directors for each Program: MDiv – Dr. Mitch Modine, MARE – Dr. Carol Bestre, MST – Dr. Phil Davis, MACC – Dr. Daniel Behr, MAIS – Dr. Lynn Schmidt. New and Returning Students will need to consult with the Academic Dean, Dr. Dick Eugenio.
The second step would be going to the Registrar’s Office to take care of the following with Michelle Cainglet: Student Visa, Textbook Order, Admission File and Student Health Record. After this, you may proceed to the third step by going to the Accounting Office to check with Lorie Morales your current statement of account and get the estimate invoice for your tuition and other fees.
After completing these three steps, you are now registered for your classes. You need not to pay your dues right away. For those who have outstanding balance from the previous semester, dues may be paid from April 22-26. For those who are enrolling for the summer classes, you may return to the Accounting Office on the first day of your first class to settle your fees; and for those who are enrolling for the 1st semester of AY 2019-2020, you may return on August 12-16 to complete your payment. Should you need financial arrangements, you may see the Finance Manager to make the necessary adjustments in your payment scheme.
After completing the payment or making the arrangements with the Finance Manager, you may now turn in your registration form to the Registrar’s Office. Continuing students must have their IDs revalidated while new and returning students must submit a 2×2 ID picture (white background) for a new ID. The Registrar’s Office hopes that these changes will help the students in completing the registration procedure on time. The office also announced that they will give a special treat for all the students who will complete all the steps on time.
