APNTS celebrated another exciting Culture Day last week when we learned more about the countries of Bangladesh, India and Pakistan. The term sub-continent signifies a large, distinguishable landmass of a continent.
Wearing brightly colored traditional clothing, those representing each country proudly marched in with their national flag.
Following a time of praise and worship, there were informative and interesting videos that gave a brief history and interesting facts about each country. We also enjoyed a ceremonial dance and stood in honor as the national anthems of each country was played.
At the end of the service there were those who expressed a new appreciation for our friends from these sub-continental countries. They bring a rich heritage to APNTS and are a blessing with their warmth, sincerity, and vibrant cultures.
