Their mission is to strengthen libraries by equipping Christian librarians through professional development, scholarship, and spiritual encouragement for service primarily in higher education. Their diverse members serve Christ as librarians in universities, colleges, seminaries, public libraries, and schools worldwide. ACL is proud to show support and honor Christian scholars and student researchers through initiatives such as the annual ACL Research Award.
