A few months ago, our staff met to determine all the visible problems in our processes that we can possibly change by identifying them. After listing all the problems, we categorized them and divided ourselves into teams in an effort to solve them. Things have been going smoothly, and some processes have already started.
One of those is the execution of APNTS GAWAD award to be given to our staff. Gawad is a Tagalog word meaning award, which became the acronym for Giving Awards for Work Above and beyonD. The sole purpose of our Team GAWAD APNTS is to recognize, appreciate, and reward a staff member for his or her work above and beyond the task expected.
On May 7, 2019, we awarded Kuya Allan Guadayo for his work rendered to APNTS. He started working at APNTS on November 26, 2017. We appreciate him for his extra mile by doing all sort of things he could whenever he has opportunity to do so. Plenty of times, we saw him painting the walls, sweeping the ground nearby, gardening, and whatnot.
It is extra-ordinary for a security guard to do those things. Kuya Allan was really an incredible and cheerful worker at the same time. With that, we decided to give him the privilege to be the first GAWAD awardee among APNTS staff. May the God we serve continue to bless him and may he continue to work for God and APNTS.
We are really blessed to have all our APNTS staff and we are always appreciative to God who calls these wonderful people to be used in our community. Praise the Lord! Grateful as we are, we personally dedicate this GAWAD award to motivate our personnel to become the best they could for God.
Indeed, we are happy in the service of our King!
